Little Greens with BIG Nutrients!

Microgreens are young vegetable greens that are harvested after only 10-14 days of growth. They are rich in essential minerals including potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium and copper. In addition, they contain larger percentages of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than their full grown versions! They truly are the ‘Biggest Little Greens’!

In the winter it is challenging to find fresh, nutrient-dense organic greens which is when we need them the most to support our health and support our immune systems. This is what inspired us to start farming winter microgreens!

We start our growing process using organic compost composted locally and rich in ‘Sea to Sky’ biome.

We use non-GMO seeds grown in Canada using environmentally sustainable farming methods.

Our growing room is located on our Micro-Farm in Squamish where we live and tend to our greens daily.

Light, water, love, and music are the only ingredients we use to help our greens grow and taste delicious!

Our microgreens are harvested bi-weely and packaged while wearing sanitized gloves and masks.
